In order for someone to dump, someone has to buy!!!!! A sell must match a buy.

Only in the Grey Market.

Level 2/tape - no one differentiates them much anymore.

In reality, most people do. Those who don't, should. The selling in NGBL has been absolutely staggering. It'd be good it know what the o/s is now.
