Isn't this quaint? It is almost exactly what Seth Shaw said about the "previous" management team, more specifically Josh Kimmel! Actually, the above comment is "tame" compared to any number of Seth Shaw endorsements of Josh Kimmel and his "management team", which, BTW, included Seth Shaw, just like the new iteration of BVAP!

Seth Shaw either has no clue how to read people, has no interest in doing any real due diligence about said people, or simply wholeheartedly endorses people or actions, which can have a direct impact on his OWN PERSONAL BENEFIT! Any of the above are explicit reasons to avoid investing in ANYTHING that includes Seth Shaw's involvement or recommendation! Rest assured Shaw's participation, suggests he has concluded that he can "walk" with a substantial pile of cash, but has little to do with "creating" shareholder value!

"Creating shareholder value" and the name "Seth Shaw" should not be used in the same sentence! History clearly provides many examples of Seth Shaw taking care of Seth Shaw and they happen quite regularly, but sustained increases in shareholder value are NOT a part of Shaw's resume'! Seth Shaw is a proven "dilution machine"!
