Last count for the O/S was 578.9. But you're correct, why raise the A/S to 900M, when one can be safe and raise it to 5.5B.

Currently Porter can dump 5.78M shares/Q. If he can get it up to a matching 5.5B, then he can dump 55M/Q. At a PPS of 0001 he'd get $5.5K/Q. At 0005 $27K/Q. And he gets to front run the shares he issues this year.

So many tried, and tested generic scam angles, which can move these scams. Com'on Porter, it isn't that hard.
