The plaintiff Quest Licensing
Corporation (“Plaintiff”) and the defendant SunGard Data
Systems Inc. (now known as FIS Data Systems Inc.) (“Defendant”) have settled this lawsuit
with regard to each other. Before the Court is the Stipulated Motion for Dismissal With
