Alex and I are excited about the Company Updates section and I wanted to take this opportunity to welcome you all. I also thought it would be great to share this picture with you all because this was the night in Dallas that I learned about the public company opportunity (formally known as USA Restaurant Funding, Inc. ticker USAR back then) opportunity and I met with Alex Rodriguez. That night was the night that Alex and I discussed several ideas that became the seeds of the company that continued to grow into the company that we now share with everyone today.

We are now about five months into the launch of The Chron Organization, Inc., which is the publically traded holding company, and Chron Home Services, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company. We have successfully re-branded the company, raised the appropriate funding, obtained alarm system licensing, made important key hires, and have partnered with incredible 3rd party vendors.

Now that we have laid a strong foundation with the company we are excited to be taking the company into lift-off stage where we start adding additional products and services, sales channels, distribution partners, as well as real customers and real revenue.

We also will be announcing our alarm system winners and will be planning an open house at our new corporate headquarters that we will be announcing in the near future.

I sometimes get asked why we chose the name The Chron Organization, Inc. as the public holding company name. Chron comes from the Greek word “CHRONOS” and it means TIME. Time is progressive, always moving the clock forward. A famous author once said that “time is your most precious gift because you only have a set amount of it. You can make more money, but you can’t make more time. When you give someone your time, you are giving them a portion of your life that you’ll never get back. Your time is your life. That is why the greatest gift you can give someone is your time.” Ben Franklin also said that “time is money”. At Chron we are only limited by imagination, time, and money. Chron to us symbolizes these principles.

In any event, let me go on to say that we are very excited about this new medium to communicate with you. We decided to develop this website and blog to serve as a tool to assist our shareholders with learning the latest and greatest about the all of the exciting developments with the company.
