ii was me again selling shares in 1 second someone bought 3 at 999,999 at 0001 cent. but i can not get my orders fill there are 33 million ahead of me on the buy side at 0001 no sellers.

the only 2 reason i did this was to take a loss in my reg account for tax reason, a right off and the other buying more in my Roth Ira, so there no tax owned, when the price is at 1-3 cents.
I believe in TCEL and i think someone is buying it up if there is any one selling at 0001. and i do not believe it is a market maker !!! There is not enough trading in TCEL to play that game here !!!
