I received an email from an individual that is very knowledgeable about WLGC. He told me that the statement that Frank made in departing does not indicate that a no prosecute agreement was made between the new management and Frank. I have no reason to not believe what he told me and although I have not had a lot of contact with this individual over the years that I have owned WLGC stock since 2004 I do have respect for him and I hold him in high regard based upon what other people have told me about him.
