In a nutshell...
Kush was spun off CBDS - we all currently have restricted shares because FINRA/SEC has not approved Kubby's application. All Kubby said for months was IPO on 4-20-16. That has come & past. Since then his employees & CEO have quit/defected. The last excuse we heard was the SEC delayed it because it did not have Inc on it??

SO atm, we all have shares of Kush that are not tradable. So, it's worth less than the digital space it takes to tell me I own something = $0 "at the moment". Could it happen some day, month year down the road... no one really knows.

The CBDS dividend. A complete & total cluster also. Those shares have not been issued. FINRA does not even acknowledge the dividend/split. The press is written so poorly it says "restricted 6 months from ISSUE date"? Does issue mean when we finally get them in our broker accts or is the issue date the record date which was Dec 5 I believe?

So again... lol no one knows. I asked IR a week or so back, got a typical ridiculous response. I sent it to Tobias and he did comment that their SEC attorneys said it "should be very very soon" & final decision is FINRA.
