Well, it is just speculation...

What is clear is with staff leaving Kallo, there is no longer a vision to execute on the holistic approach. I still contend they must manufacture and install the infrastructure before anything else Kallo was visioning could be deployed.

Whether or not ITD plays a role remains to be seen. Their website is still indicating references to mobile clinics and health industry needs, plus a Middle East contact presumably for logistics. In addition, although a successful company, I am not sure they have announced significant new business that would justify their tripling of capacity and acquisition of that facility with new upgrades...

Huge equity ownership from BOD and an appearance that note holders are maintaining a position lend credence to some possible restructure/RM in works. There is no other way at this point as there are no assets to fulfill risk models from financial institutions, so no contracts would be initiated... IMO
