SERIES A PREFERRED STOCK.
Three hundred forty four thousand three hundred ninety two (344,392) shares of the
authorized and unissued Preferred Stock of the Corporation are hereby designated “Series A
Preferred Stock” (“Series A Preferred”) with the following rights, preferences, powers, privileges
and restrictions, qualifications and limitations. Unless otherwise indicated, references to
“Sections” or “Subsections” in this Part C of this Article V refer to sections and subsections of
Part C of this Article V

I would venture a guess that our shares will be Series A Preferred Shares. While the ones sent to CHD (109mill) will be deemed common shares.
