Say the OS did balloon to 12 million, the new entity could control both common and preferred shares while bringing in a significant asset or revenue generating business. Maybe valuations go to 20-40 mil, pps could be ,002-.004 the newentity could reverse the stock and get the pps much higher thus stabilizing financing flexibility and growth options.... Win-win
