(the “Company”) filed a Form 15 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission terminating registration under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Act”) and suspending the Company’s duty to file reports under Sections 13 and 15(d) of the Act. The Company’s common stock will continue to be publicly traded on the OTC Pink Current marketplace under the symbol “GPXM”.
