NEWSFLASH!! Just got off the phone with both of my sources, AVEW attempted to extort a prior customer for monies they claim are due them, however customer states that he has paid in full, contractually.

Customer threatens with a lawsuit for Jay/Jose functioning from a dissolvent company and attempting to file suit to gain additional monies for uncompleted work. Customer references other disgruntled customers, and employees. AVEW can't afford an attorney to defend against a suit, reference suit awarded against AVEW for $80,000.00 Pugh V. Chavez.

Desperate times call for desperate measures right? Maybe Jay's dual social security checks aren't enough or Jose doesn't have enough singles to hit the strip club, regardless these guys are BROKE!
