Albeit it slowly things are certainly turning in our favor. I have said all along that ATVI does not want to see this go to trial. They do not have Google's influence or bank account. If we clear all the hurdles I would be shocked if this actually goes to trial with willful infringement in play. WDDD can still appeal the validity date of the patents and am sure they will pursue that avenue if they get through the PTAB. The shift of power in this case will be enormous if we clear all the hurdles and get some help from SCOTUS.

In the last couple of months this has gone from a lottery ticket to a roll of the dice. Hopefully soon we graduate to 50/50 chance and then a coin flip with a two headed coin. I bet Whitey Bulger probably has one we could borrow.....sorry couldn't resist haha.
