wilma: YA will not be filing an 8K for the assets, that YA already owns, when YA sells them.
In NeoMedia's case, the NOLs are useless:
1. NeoMedia is still a defendant in lawsuit,
2. The preferred shares have not been cancelled which is the equivalent of about 10 billion common shares to any buyer,
3. NeoMedia is not a registered entity.
4. NeoMedia is now at risk of its trading being halted by FINRA.
