I doubt their prehistoric floating dumpsters have any serious bidders.
The company has NO REVENUE. There is NO value. They bought TVG for 9 million ( A defunct Company ) when they could have used the funding to start up an alleged 500 Million Contrct.
Would you Pizz 9 million away on a worthless Junk company if you had a REAL 500 Million contract sitting on the wing ?
These guys are either very dumb business people or complete con artist scammers. Good chance they are both.

They've announced dozens of Bogus Contracts and look where the Stock Price is.
Another Contract announcement won't help the share price because Management have ZERO Credibility. It's far too late for them to think they can change that. There will be Tons of selling into news because BBRD / WERPO is on it's last legs before a SEC Suspension.
