The R/S and subsequent dilution reduced their ownership interest by 80%, But Lorsch, Loftus, and Hacket, retained their ownership stakes nearly in it's entirety. Shareholders paid, they didn't.

And every time there is a shareholder vote, Bob Lorsch is given a gift of shares immediately preceding the vote

What has MMRF management and BOD done over the past 12 months to deserve any bonuses or grants at all? This company has been completely dormant since the patents were invalidated.

the Lorsch credit line to the company, never gets used, but Lorsch always pulls out 6 figures worth of interest from the line. The balance never goes up or down. It's existence is simply to maintain a defensible LIEN on the patents
