LATEST UPDATE FROM BUZZY 6-10-16

I just heard from Fernhill.
I was told that Finra has verbally approved the issuance.
They will be publishing next week and the transfer agent will start the distribution through DTCC next week as well.

Don't forget about the Conference Call on Thursday. I will be sending out reminders as the week progresses.

UPDATE FROM BUZZY 6-1-16

Quick Update:
I received some info from fernhill today.
Finra has given them an approval date of June 10th and a distribution start date of June 14th. That's all the info I'm able to get. We have received a date before that didn't come through because of transfer agent paperwork. I sure hope this date is solid.

I will be putting out notice of a Conference Call soon. I am shooting for roughly 2 weeks from this week.

I will let everyone know.
