I remain here because of my belief in the core business. It's why I initially invested 5 plus years ago, and it's why I remain.

I admit that the FD and the SYY stuff made me think strongly about selling my position.

Why would I leave now, though, when Sam seems intent on growing the core business? You can say Sam misled on the FD, but he did not misled on the strength and resiliency of the core business. The silver lining is that investors get to see the strength of the company given such a profound test. You're splitting hairs, though, too. Nobody can know everything

Again, Sam intends to deal with the share structure. His debt restructuring a few years back added tremendous value to the stock. Did you forget?

There are ebbs and flows to any business and its operations. Despite your proclamations of having "been right," nobody, including you, can be right 100% of the time. If I recall, you left this board for a long period after Sam did the debt restructuring, perhaps because you were wrong about Sam's ignorance of this problem and did not want your presence to reinforce that fact.
