I actually live in Texas. I don't know their true status. As for their filings, from my experience with BK stocks, it's still premature for their filings and re-emergence out of BK to transpire. I can only hope that they generate the necessary filings over time.

If you truly can here and see what they are doing, then that is far more than what I can share as factual. I am here basically from a speculative perspective from the reasons of hope that I explained earlier regarding ESPIQ. I am prepared to accept this as a loss if need be, but for now, I will remain hopeful. Anyone buying at these levels should know that this is a high risk where patience will be required to learn of its true outcome.
