Not sure what you mean biotech2010 when you say patient 1 and 2 had lesser psoriasis than patient 4. Patient 1 and 2 had a baseline PASI score of 13.6 and 14.6 as oppose to patient 4 baseline PASI of 12.8. Patient 4 is actually the one with the lesser psoriasis. Dr Traber mentions that the pictures shown represents only a small sample and not a full representation of their whole body disease.
