Don't give me that crap about Lorsch being like everybody else.
He lies in every 10Q about him being the primary financing vehicle of MMRF. He DOES NOT finance MMRF. He is MMRF's largest expense. The note balance never grows. He takes 6 figures of interest out every year and never writes a check to the company.
Far more $$ has been raised by outside investors than what lorsch has put in. That is a fact
