Yobo: The company was Suspended in August 2013 by the SEC for being severely delinquent in filing their Financials and other required Filings. When Global ePoint failed to satisfy the SEC the SEC Administrative Law Judge revoked the stock's registration, meaning the shares cannot trade publicly on any trading system or market. Unfortunately your shares are worthless.
