I only regret that I didn't see Amanda's review before I signed a contract. My experience is a almost mirror image of Amanda's. One significant difference is when the CEO and President of the holding company became involved, they assured me that my project would be completed and to my total satisfaction. After many delays, some dealing with weather, most dealing with what became apparent that the company had severe financial problems. This was proven out when they approached me 3 days before the permit expired asking me to give them a loan to finish my pool. They offered stock in an "iffy" company and office furniture as collateral to which I responded absolutely "NO" and advised them that they needed to find funding from another source and get my pool completed by March 27, 2016, the permit expiration date. Of course, this did not happen and per the response to them previously, I engaged a local pool company.

The progress has been astounding!!! Today, 2 days after engaging them, my pool is plastered, electrical and plumbing has been completed and my pool is full of water.
I have not heard one word from them since March 25, 2016.
Unfortunately, I had paid all but $1500 of the contract price and am over $10,000 in the hole to get my project finished which I will file whatever is the best way to recoop my costs.
Bottom line, RUN, DON'T WALK away from this company no matter what new name they may come up with
