Have you tried to get somebody on the phone at the SEC? I have been thinking that you're going to have to attempt that. Maybe start here https://www.sec.gov/about/offices/inspector_general_contact.shtml I would keep calling people and find out who you can talk to who will actually listen and help. The SEC has sort of asked for this kind of aggressive behavior by not responding at all to complaints made online.
