Assuming that the sp will be $.0001 when the R/S hits, because people will sell to avoid being in it when it occurs, the sp will adjust to $1 while at the same time the shares O/S is reduced by a factor of 10,000.

If after the R/S, the sp will drop from $1 because the value of a shell isn't $900K.

How far it drops depends on what and whether the company puts out in order to hype their prospects.
