I received this email from one of the new owners of all the assets from AREM explaining what all happened.

We took over the brand and the trademark for Carrot Stix back in 2014. We are a private corporation and have no affiliation with AREM or E21. I don't know if Nataliya Hearn is with AREM still.
When we took over sales of Carrot Stix, we inherited almost 3 years of warranty claims with no possible revenue.
So basically our company took over the brand paying for the warranty service. Which we can say took almost 1 and half year to clear up with heavy losses. We really didn't start selling to the market until the latter half of 2015. I don't know the status of AREM or E21 in any of the legal sense, whether they
have dissolved or not. We are the registered owners for the trademarks for the brand now.

For further information on AREM or E21 or any of the previous businesses you would need to contact Nataliya. 2204703 Ontario Inc. is owned solely by Jimmy and myself, no outside shareholders and Nataliya Hearn is not part of the business.
I hope that clarifies the status regarding the brands, as for shareholders or investors of either AREM or E21, I have no knowledge of what was reported or not. Neither Jimmy or myself had any relationship with those two companies.

Best Regards,
