Dialing In (for audio portion)
• Dial in using the participant dial-in number: 866-408-1299 (US/Canada); 201-689-8204

• When the live operator answers, you will provide your name, phone, and company
information, and then be placed into the pre-conference where you will hear hold music
until the start of the call.
• When the call starts the operator will provide some brief instructions and then introduce
the first speaker.
Webcast (for visual portion)

• Register for the event by filling out the registration form at the link.
• Once registered you will be directed to a page where you will see a "Launch" button –
click to launch the webcast. If you do this more than 15 minutes out from the start of the
event, you will need to go back and click the "Launch" button once inside 15 minutes to
the start of the event. At that point you will hear hold music until the event starts.
• Utilize the “Ask a Question” button to submit a question to 3DIcon Management for the
Q&A session at the end of the call.
