Phillymike, what do make of this? Acdu had hired an attorney, Randall S. Newman, a couple of years ago to contact, and possibly file suit, against Apple, Samsung and others, to protect a patent that they ended up owning 100%. No word on anything going on in regard to filing suit or royalty agreements.....OUT OF THE BLUE, Last month, our attorney gets hired on with Wolf,Haldenstein,Adler, Freeman & Herz.
