U guys are low ballin yourselves...9+ billy with 3.5+ Billy in recurring revs for 2.2 and I am happy ! Not a penny less

The big boys are probably training their salesforce now. They better get on this because there WILL be lawsuits IF the first offer is not great OR if they go to the shelf once again and dilute us due to misrepresentation of timelines and costs. Defending this stuff takes time AND money - hope they realize this
