I agree with most of your post Web except saying that control is in the hands of the shareholders.
If that were true we all would have voted for Otto and Dan.
We didnt.
That is only because the controling interest is in the hands of 1 person who can vote the majority.

So no matter how many board members there are ot how many they hold they have no control.
The only benefit is that if Scott does something illegal there are people who hold shares as witness or accomplices

When the time comes that we get voting info in the mail Scott will not be in control.

If anyone wants to say Scott is not in control they need to explain the lack of voting or show me insider holdings
