The CEO's name is Joseph Collins. I believe he pumped this stock up and when the stock price fell, he ran to start another company Punch TV which may be an affiliate of This company. Interestingly, from reading about Collins, he worked with Samblis.

My hope is that if enough people complain about being scammed by penny Stock scammers, regulators may act.
