There will be no more deals for MDMN...who are they going to deal with? They (JJ et al) no longer control the majority of shares and MDMN is no longer affiliated with JJ which means no more self-serving deals. Auryn is not going to let MDMN get away with anything of that sort with their investment in the company. Auryn doesn't need MDMN for anything other than their rights to mine ADL which has been completed. Medinah's ownership in Auryn will be acquired at the point when Auryn feels it is in their economic best interests to do so.
Of course this is all IMO.
