Nothing has been posted to PACER since 1/11/2016 and 4/9/2016 which were the gang of cons very late answers to the SEC amended complaint. And all filings that had anything significant has been posted here already, including the last two. Treaty and the gang are out of ammo... They spent what little they thought they had on motions that were DENIED...

Treaty and the gang of cons have tried and failed with motions to dismiss 4 times and a motion to strike, all 5 motions have been denied. If the case was going to be thrown out, it would have happened long ago...
