I've seen farm land go for $55k/ac, but that was REO.

$50-200K per acre farmland? You could buy most of S.H. for a barrel of apples.

I'll show you what I look at when I buy, and add to my (now) 3,500 acres of farmland in 3 states of which 1,300+/- acres of that is in NC. Planted.
