DKAM is a public company. You just don't wipe away debt without a bankruptcy filing, and DKAM hasn't done one (which would also wipe out the common stock).

Trust me, you're reading way to much in what entities that at one time had some connection to DKAM are doing.

No one is acquiring an insolvent, highly indebted shell like DKAM. No one.
