Google search appliance was supposed to be plug and play but it never was leading to lots of angry clients. People know how google for consumers works so thought it would be easy to use for business however a business is much more complicated and getting search results like you do on google when you are a business is not useful.

Yippy has dynamic clustering and has a solution that is private, already built and flexible to the client verse the client flexing to the product. Google makes money on other items and this isnt a big focus for them however for Yippy $500M is huge. Google won't support GSA after 2018 so almost all their GSA customers have been left in the dust to find an alternative. Google also does not have a cloud solution and is a long long ways away. This is a massive opportunity for Yippy and they now have one of the top Resellers of GSA's on their team!!! Yippy is also substantially cheaper!
