Yes indeed, Schadel collected the payroll taxes and spent the money allocated for taxes elsewhere.

The company where LTNC is supplying employees - pays Schadel and Schadel takes the taxes out of the employees pay when he write them a check.

For one he didn't take any money that was collected for payroll thts a pretty brave claim having zero actual knowledge of what happened....you can say it 1000 times but the facts and common sense,and knowledge of how tht works state otherwise....whts collected and what's due are two different amounts

Obviously you don't understand how a staffing company operates.

The IRS views the employer as having a fiduciary responsibility to withhold the payroll tax from the employee, but Schadel must also pay this to the IRS.
