Because it is a Q play that by all accounts is coming out of Bankruptcy. Now that being said the problem is nobody knows if it comes out with common shares intact or extinguished.....

INTACT = Silver maybe even dollars

EXTINGUISHED = Allot of PO'ed shareholders
