Even if this takes 1 more year, the risk of getting a reverse split here is very low. As long as his wife stays in with her 10+% you can forget about any possible reverse split. Should he do this while his wife's still in, I'm sure that his @ss would also get a reserve? split ;)
I'm actually positive surprised about the LOW number of outstanding shares. I was expecting 4-6B by now. But with only 2.8 billion....that's LOW! Of course that's at dec.2015.
