SEC concluded TECO commited fraud

After carefull analysis and decided to charge TECO with securities fraud

SEC will squash TECO this OKtober

That's gonna be the end of this fraud instrument

Shareholders should consider taking actions against the CEO who did not do what he said he would do with the filings money, and the individuals in the BoD that probably did not act in the investor's best interests, and they have deep pochets.

Disgruntled shareholders should follow the money IMHO
