Donnie, all true and I hope everyone here makes tons of money. You have to have to beliefs here at present:

1. Management will do as they say in the time frame they stated

2. The Market will respond


For me this team has little or no credibility. The final nail for me was that they accepted compensation for a miserable performance. They obviously have no incentive to doing anything but please Solomon who at this stage is more an impediment to progress than anything.

Even if they pull off a Spin, will the market care? That's the big question, so far no one wants anything to do with Solomon having control. A dividend for the minority interest of the Spin (which is unlikely) is the most I would expect as far as compensation. I just don't have much faith in this team.
