First, the SEC did not halt trading, the SEC imposed a 10-day trading suspension for suspected securities fraud.

The company had no issues getting money when they were dumping shares. They unfortunately mismanaged that money away.

This company has had years to figure things out and hasn't.

Let's not forget this ticker is still trading on unsolicitated quotes which I would not label as 'active trading status'.

Sorry, try running a company in the MJ space where it's virtually impossible to get funding, and then try getting the SEC to halt trading, and then try figuring out how to keep your business afloat while you manage to get your company back to active trading status... Things are difficult in this industry, and things take time.
