How do you figure? PLUG just burned about $6 million in Qtr 1, and Qtr 2 should be an improvement.

Plus, they are developing financing for their PPAs, having financed about half of 2016's financing needs already and are going to announce the rest soon, according to the Qtr 1 Conference Call.

Go read the Transcript, it's in there.

By your own figures, they should be just fine.

And they have repeatedly and specifically denied any dilution is imminent.
