I very much doubt that ihub would care. But his email account was also shut down a few weeks ago shortly after he announced his willingness to sell out. I think he just quit trading completely.
Not sure if the company truly bought out his position. There have not been any disclosures in the filings, and no change in outstanding shares reported. A buyback of BC's sizable position by company insiders or the company itself should have triggered disclosure requirements.
