There is no doubt that this company prints shares like its their job but that wont continue forever or stop it from running on news.....It certainly limits the height of the run but you don't need it to run much when you have shares at .0001...even a run to .0005 like the beginning of March will be a 500% gain and these announcements should have a greater effect. I would never recommend a large investment but I wouldn't want to be completely out if Teresa is able to turn this company around.
