I don't know how Texas is but in MA for years in girls showers they have individual stalls and do not change in front of others. But as usually you seem clueless about science and how people really live. They will go into the restroom they feel most comfortable in and if they have had breast implants they will go into a ladies restrooms and those precious kids you now seem worried about will not have a clue if they are a man or a woman. And if they look like men they will go into the mens room and go into a stall
