May 20 for the 10-Q. Now Jul 15 for the 10-K.
I don't expect them to file the 10-Q before the 10-K.
Looks like they had to start all over again.

It doesn't matter in the long run. The 10-K will provide insight on the EPS number. The Q1 report will show us the cash on the balance sheet. And in the mean time the only thing that can boost the stock is new contracts or a spin-off. If it is a material event, they have to disclose it. Otherwise, I think they will report it in the Q's.
