Looks like I got out of this just right. PBIOs recent 10Q confirms my concern. While I can see a path for PBIO to become a player, there are too many potholes along the way that have not been addressed, in particular the need for much more capital than raised in the recent offering, which is why I got out... This recent 10Q states cash of only $93k!!

You may be correct but right now its a dream.

I like PBIO and it certainly has potential but thats a long leap of faith to a $300m valuation.

My objective is making $$ and the shares I accumulated over some time at low-mid 20s have brought me a very nice return on decent size.

The shares have more than doubled recently and deservedly. However, moving forward they have yet to demonstrate a path to profitability and before you throw up the co marketing agreement, take a deep breath. AB Sciex is a big player in mass spec but whats the deal that was cut with PBIO, I havent seen it. So how can you pass judgment on how lucrative it may/may not be?? Im optimistic it carries real potential but seeing is believing.

Let me know if there's some info laying out all the terms.

Sales have moved up nicely but still is small potatoes and still unprofitable. This funding may cleanup the balance sheet of its toxic garbage but whats left over for PBIO for working capital and how long can it last while they burn cash?

Lots more pieces have to fall into place but I see no reason to take that risk at this point.

Not saying you're wrong
