There was a real product here at one point. It's a failure not a scam. But what is one person's failure is another person's scam. If management gives up or quits but can't get themselves to stop taking money...if a company continues the charade as if sales are happening or about to happen, and puts out PR's and there really is no intention to succeed, at what point does it cross the threshold to being a scam? It's all about intent, which is a very hard thing to prove. Certainly there is evidence, but we could debate forever on if it's conclusive.

Then again, one of the largest investor's here was T.Y. AKA PartySasquatch who was writing the PR's for SLJB when it was a pure scam. But I don't think T.Y. made any money here.
